On behalf of St. Angela Merici School, I want to personally welcome you to our school website. For over 50 years in the heart of Metairie, St. Angela Merici has provided our community with a quality Catholic education serving pre-kindergarten through seventh grade.
Over the past decade, I have been blessed with the opportunity to not only work as a teacher and administrator but also fortunate to be involved as a parent and parishioner for our community. Throughout that time, I remain grounded in our mission to educate the whole child by developing our students intellectually, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our educational philosophy focuses on creating and encouraging a culture of hands-on learning and service to others. We strive to guide students to strengthen their faith, achieve excellence in academics, nurture their leadership abilities, and develop a commitment to serve.
